Rich and Dodie have their master's degrees in education.
They have many
years of experience teaching at the elementary
and secondary levels as well as working in special education
and school administration.

Cliff
is the president and founder of Academic Associates
Learning Centers®. Cliff developed and wrote
the Academic Associates Reading Program. An elementary
school teacher and principal for 20 years, frustrated that
his brightest students couldn’t read, Cliff bought
into a franchised reading center. Recognizing that it had
many flaws, he spent two years devising his own program,
calling it The Academic Associates Reading Program. Cliff
has taught hundreds of children and adults, and has established
licensed programs in six countries. Because of Cliff’s
vision and efforts, thousands have become better readers.
